How do I book a ride?

We have an online booking system available 24/7 or feel free to text us too.

What information do I need to provide when booking?

We'll need your pick up and drop off addresses, the date and time you'd like your vehicle to arrive, the number of passengers, and any other pertinent information that would help the chauffeur arrive on time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Please note: our drivers do not carry cash.

What are your cancellation policies?

If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll issue a full refund.

Are there any gratuity expectations?

Our goal is to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. If you find the service exceptional, a gratuity is a way to express your appreciation directly to the driver. Industry standard is typically 15%-20% of the fare.

Do you conduct background checks on your drivers?

The City of Houston requires all licensed limo drivers to submit a Criminal History Background Check Process & Texas Fingerprint Service as well as a warrant check from the Municipal Courts.

Are your vehicles insured and well-maintained?

The City of Houston requires all limousine permitted vehicles to be commercially insured with a minimum $500,000 liability coverage. The vehicles are our livelihood and as such, we go to great lengths to ensure their safety and roadworthiness.

Is smoking allowed?

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If a passenger smokes in a vehicle, a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 applies, plus repair costs for any damage caused by smoking.

Do you offer child safety seats?

Most certainly! There's an option on the online booking system to request a child safety seat add-on.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We have a vehicle for every need. From executive sedans such as the Lincoln Continental to the luxurious Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan. Our SUV lineup is just as impressive, offering executive-style Chevrolet Suburbans to ultra comfortable Cadillac Escalades or Lincoln Navigators.

What amenities are included in the car?

We offer complimentary bottled water, charging ports, AC power plug, limo window tint, and your own climate controls. You may bring your own beverages and/or snacks, or can pre-arrange snacks during the booking process.

Can I request a specific driver?

Absolutely! If the driver is available on your reservation date, we'll assign him/her to be your personal chauffeur!

Do you offer meet-and-greet services at airports?

Yes, we do! Your driver will be in the baggage claim area with your name on a mobile device / iPad. It's imperative we have your flight number so we can monitor your flight.

Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?

We realize plans change. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can make adjustments with the other daily bookings as well as quote a new price.

Do you offer hourly service?

We certainly do and it's available on the booking system.

Can you accommodate multiple stops?

Absolutely! The online booking system offers the ability to add stops to your journey.

Do you offer pet-friendly transportation?

In accordance with State and Federal laws, service animals are permitted to accompany riders at all times.

Can I request a specific route or scenic drive?

Absolutely! We'd be delighted to accommodate your request. Please feel free to let us know ahead of time when booking. This helps us plan ahead and keeps everyone's rides running smoothly.
